With an email lookup program a person is able to identify the name of a person that sent the E-mail. These programs are relatively new and provide a person an excellent resource to try and find out who originally sent the E-mail. The first step in the process will require the system to go on to one of the major search engines. These search engines will take the E-mail address and try to find an exact match on the Internet.
The majority of individuals will have their E-mail online somewhere and these search engines will detect this. Once the system finds the name of the person that sent the E-mail it will then do a search on that name to try and get a match. If there is a match on the name the software will provide all of the details and a person can then decide what they will do with the details.
